From browfield to mixed-use
One contemporary challenge is to rethink former factories, renovating them to meet new needs. In this project, equipped temporary housing becomes the answer to promote new uses.
Small independent flats, but with shared services and quality outdoor spaces, they can also be used for short periods by the staff of the many companies in the area or by other “temporary users” of the Metropolis.
